Connor Kelley Guy – Born May 2, 1995 – Los Gatos, California
Dearest little Connor. His funniest characteristic as a baby and toddler was his ability to fall asleep anywhere, any time, even in the middle of doing something, like playing or eating.
My fondest memory of that time is when I would be babysitting him and we would play the ‘driving game’. We would sit on the couch and pretend it was a car, alternate driving around curves, putting the break on, etc – all while making the appropriate sounds. I can still hear his laughter as we were playing the game.
Connor has the kindest heart, he loves being the big protective brother and his two sisters simply adore him.
Another nice memory I have with Connor is when we went to visit my sister, Yolanda, in Greece. Just the two of us. He got to swim in her pool, play with her pony, visit Mykonos and have an adventure going back to Athens on a speed boat. That is when he caught the ‘travel bug’ and now he tries to travel and visit as many countries as he can. He went to study in Hong Kong, visited Bangkok and several European countries.
Somehow Connor managed to stay kind, calm and polite even through his teenage years. And then he grew, and grew to be a very tall handsome young man graduating from Leland High School in the Almaden Valley of San Jose.
Connor went on to study Computer Science at San Diego State and after graduating he got a job with Lilt.com. He is the first to fly the nest, getting his own apartment in San Francisco.
In 2022 he quit his job and moved to New York where he is taking some time off to decide what to do next
My very first grandchild and favorite grandson (our private joke 😂) is a smart, wise beyond his years young man and I look forward to updating this page with his future adventures.
